GraniBurger opened its first location offering the vegan, sustainable and solidarity burger. Made with flours from 17 different types of ancient grains and composed of the highest quality raw materials, this is a 100% green speciality, completely sustainable but above all delicious. GraniBurger, an evolution of the BioMadre project, is a new inclusive and socially aware reality, where the kitchen and dining room team is made up of people who have faced certain difficulties in their lives, but who in this project have difficulties in life, but who have found a second chance in this project.
