The first phygital street art festival in Italy

After last year’s initiatives dedicated to urban art, Fidenza Village continues its “transformation” into a street art exhibition platform and confirms itself as a physical shopping destination with artistic and creative experiences. The first phygital street art festival in Italy brings together a collective of artists of the highest level who have created physical works and NFT (Non Fungible Token) digital works, true unique pieces of digital art to be collected.
Under the artistic direction of Lucamaleonte, one of the most established names on the Italian street art scene, the festival has brought together thirteen Italian and international street-artists, including Lidia Cao, OrticaNoodles, Sara Pichelli, Seth, Karan Singh, Giulio Vesprini, Pax Paloscia, Sea Creative, Marco Rea, Sten & Lex and Basik.
The initiative is designed to appeal to a new audience, including collectors, high-tech enthusiasts, the curious and the very young. The proceeds from the sale of the digital works will be donated to the non-profit organisation Make-A-Wish Italia, a charity that aims to fulfil the wishes of children suffering from serious illnesses.

An artistic total experience

The open-air spaces of the Village are invaded by 10 large murals: Seth’s poetic and dreamlike representations, populated by children, Lidia Cao’s female protagonists far from stereotypes, the almost abstract figures, halfway between art and graphics of the Orticanoodles, Sara Pichelli’s comic strip world, Lucamaleonte’s nature and animals, Giulio Vesprini’s abstractionism, and Karan Singh’s colourful illustrations. Guests can also witness the creation of the works by participating in some live painting performances until the end of June.
The murals are then transformed by a team of experts into NFTs, thus becoming true portals of entry into another world, also involving the boutiques and brands in the Village in the initiative. The NFTs are made from initial sketches, then represent the complete work and can be purchased via a QRcode or hyperlink on the Opensea platform.
