Doriani Solferino Restaurant Opens in Brera

The world of ultra-chic menswear and food go hand-in-hand in the brand-new Doriani Solferino Restaurant, a stylish all-in-one destination in the heart of Brera. Inspired by the cashmere collections of the Doriani brand, colour plays a key role in the menu by the chef Leonardo Addeo who pays a tribute to the Mediterranean and Milanese traditional cuisine. Saffron, tomato, pistachio, eggplant, pumpkin, courgettes and raspberry are just some of the key ingredients that characterise the colour and the flavour of the dishes on the menu, which changes on a seasonal basis. Highlights include fish and meat-based specialities such as ‘Gragnano paccheri pasta with Mazzara prawns and pistachio’, ‘Fassona meat with mustard foam’ or ‘baked turbot’, as well as Milanese-style risotto and gluten-free or vegetarian options.
