NEW OPENING – A new foodie destination for a quick and tasty snack has opened in Crocetta area, just a stone’s throw from Porta Romana. At Filz each and every creation comes as a creative skewer, offering over 30 fish, meat and vegetarian options made only with the use of seasonal products which can be enjoyed à la carte or mixed and matched according to customer’s requests. The project is the result of an accurate meld between the concept of international street food served on skewers and the possibility to enjoy quality Asian-style food with a truly Italian soul while comfortably seated in a feel-at-home environment. All food options, both savoury and sweet, can be paired with a selection of home-made cocktails created by Filz’s mixologists which can be enjoyed in a cosy vintage ambience evocative of the 50s combining brass finishings and reddish purple elements, enhanced by a precious pale pink polka dot wall designed by Le Corbusier.
