NEW OPENING – Forget about sushi, the authentic cuisine from Japan has a new address in Milan. Located at no. 12 via Melzo, just steps away from Porta Venezia, Kanpai recalls the atmospheres of a traditional ‘Izakaya’ – a Japanese tavern – and features a simple menu, yet full in flavour featuring both a selection of fish and meat specialities made only with the use of seasonal ingredients by Chef Jun accompanied by original saké, craft beers imported from Japan and Italian wines from independent small producers.
