NEW OPENING – Starred chef Giancarlo Morelli has increased his presence in Milan with the opening of two new spaces of taste and design; the Morelli gourmet restaurant and the Bulk Mixology Food Bar at the new 5-star Hotel VIU Milan. On entering Bulk, visitors are captivated by the mixology food bar lounge, a space characterized by its sleek minimalist lines, where customers can sample signature aperitivi and cocktails, accompanied by delectable regional dishes prepared in the bar’s open-view kitchen. Hotel VIU Milan also plays host to an eponymous gourmet restaurant helmed by Giancarlo Morelli (see photo). Featuring a relaxed ambience, enhanced by stylish décor and pure 1970s custom lighting, the chef’s restaurant exudes a studied sophistication upgraded with a touch of creativity. It includes a unique 14-seater antique wooden table located in the kitchen space, personally designed by Morelli.
