Ristorante Torre, New-In at Fondazione Prada

NEW OPENING

The Torre restaurant, located on the sixth and seventh floors of Fondazione Prada’s newest building, promises to become the city’s coolest rooftop terrace. The space is spread over a surface area of 215 square metres, and is divided into two areas, a bar and a restaurant, characterized by large floor-to-ceiling windows, warm shades of parquet flooring, richly textured walnut panels and earthy hemp textiles. The restaurant’s gastronomic concept is based on an Italian menu and regional traditions, while its desserts are inspired by the great classics of pastry making. The locale can be accessed from the courtyard of Fondazione Prada, during opening hours, and from via Giovanni Lorenzini, 14 in the evening.
