UPDATING (December 2022) – The brewery in Via Solferino has definitely been closed.
Baladin, a new reference point for discerning beer drinkers, is located at number 56 via Solferino. Already a landmark venue in other Italian cities, Baladin recently opened its doors in the heart of Brera and, true to the tradition of its other eponymous brewpubs, it offers a great vintage atmosphere, house draft beers, a rotating selection of microbreweries and simple menus based on locally sourced products. For example, its hamburgers are made from “Slow Food” Piedmontese beef and its chips are only prepared when your order is taken.
