The winds of change are blowing at Four Season Hotel Milano, which has recently welcomed the advent of its new Executive Chef, the Abruzzo-born chef Fabrizio Borraccino. After a booming international career in some of the most prestigious hotels in Europe, as Sous Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Ginevra, and at the Pellicano restaurant in Porto Ercole, Borracino was awarded with his first Michelin star in the role of Executive Chef of restaurant Poggio Rosso inside the Relaix & Château Borgo San Felice, in the heart of the region of Chianti, in Tuscany.
As a result of his collaboration with Four Seasons Hotel Milano, the entire gastronomic offer of the La Veranda restaurant, of the Foyer lounge bar and the Giardino is set to be redesigned and devoted to the respect of the most authentic Italian cuisine, though keeping an eye on innovation, creativity and international taste.
