The gourmet restaurant Pellico 3 Milano inside the Park Hyatt reintroduces itself to the city after a restyling decidedly up to fine dining standards.
In fact, the restaurant has undergone a complete restyling under the banner of design, in synchrony with that of the five-star luxury hotel, a stone’s throw from the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The restaurant covers 120 square metres with 28 seats in the dining room (and 10 in the private dining room) and has a new appearance that brings the rooms and furnishings back to the philosophy of the cuisine: culture, flavours and colours inspired by the Mediterranean, combined with craftsmanship and the recovery of materials. The restyling of these welcoming and bright spaces bears the signature of Flaviano Caprotti Architetti.
In the kitchen, Executive Chef Guido Paternollo: Milanese born in 1991, with experience at the Enrico Bartolini restaurant at the MUDEC in Milan, and then in France, first in the brigades of Yannick Alléno and then of Alain Ducasse. Ponterollo focuses on Mediterranean flavours and ingredients, cooked with respect for the raw material and its seasonality.
