Besides having the title of Milan’s oldest museum, the Civic Museum of Natural History is home to many valuable mineral, botanical and zoological collections. A few of the attractions you will see in the museum include a large fossil collection, reconstructions of extinct animals and dioramas with stuffed animals shown in their natural habitats originating both from Europe and other exotic places. Even calling the Civic Museum of Natural History in Milan home, is Italy’s only dinosaur skeleton.
If you speak Italian, you will enjoy this attraction at its best.
